Happy to see that you are interested in submitting your work! It can be anything from photography and art to features and interviews! To make the submission process overall more efficient and simple, we have created a short list of guidelines that you should keep in mind when putting together your submission.
Remember that if you have multiple ideas or are uncertain about whether your story will work for NUET, feel free to contact us and we will take it from there!
Guidelines
Video: Upload to Vimeo or Youtube and send us the link.
Audio: Upload to SoundCloud, Vimeo or Youtube with an image or colour screen behind it.
Written piece: Keep in mind that you should either send us a pitch or an article that is ready for publishing. If we decide to publish it, it will be edited by our sub-editor. Still, you should make sure to put forward your best work, so check grammar, spelling, capitalisation, and readability before submitting.
Important
Submissions by authors under 18 years of age must be authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
If you change your mind about your submission, you have 48 hours to contact us and we will delete the email and your work. Therefore prohibiting us from using it.
By submitting, you give NUET the right to publish the content on itsnuet.com, as well as our social media. Note that you are responsible for the repercussion of your own piece.
We prefer it if you upload the files to WeTransfer and include the link in your email when submitting photos/image scans. However, it is also possible to attach each photo as a separate file to the email.
