Not a team of two - but five!

In January, we sat down over a cup of coffee and rye toast to discuss the design for our posters: Blue lines, minimalist design and a mestrual cup we could not help but add. A few days later, we were putting them up in art shops, cafés and around campus.

We only faced a tiny bump in the road when our advertisement was blocked due to “nudity” issues on Instagram - seems like two dots and a couple of semi-circles is still enough to cause trouble in a world with atomic bomb threaths and a devestating climate crisis. But we are happy to see that a bit of linework did not scare you away. Thank you to everyone who applied for the internship. It means a lot to see so many of you interested in working with us, and it was humbling to receive so many creative applications.

Now, we are happy to finally announce the new interns! Despite all being based in London, you are looking at a team of multiple nationalities: Hungarian, British and Norwegain. For our first meeting we focused on getting to know each other, and surpirsed them with a questionnaire for them to fill out so we can all get to know them better.

I hope you thought strength, empowerment and compassion, but I must admit that it is not easy to avoid thinking of pink when asked that question.
